Job Description Summary:
This is a key role to support our strong growth ambition in North. Based in our Beijing office, he/she will be tasked
with building a leading and sustainable growth business with Key Accounts including but not limited to Wu Mart,
Yonghui, Ole, CRV, BJHL, 7-11. This role is part of the regional sales team and is meant at setting and delivering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Business management. Lead annual/quarterly/monthly business planning and day-to-day operation to deliver
business targets. Integrate various resources and collaborate with all functions to improve distribution, display,
promotion activities and new business development including but not limited to O O, snack channel, etc.
? Customer management. Coordinate and manage national key accounts and direct own regional key accounts
defined by the company.
? Distributor management and empowerment to ensure the business targets are delivered in a sustainable and
collaborative way.
? Ensure in-store execution in line with plan.
? Trade spending management for related distributors and retailers. Make sure to deliver business within the
allocated budget and maximize ROI to constantly drive efficiency with entrepreneurship.
? Rolling Forecast. Responsible for business forecasting for related distributors and retailers to deliver an accurate
forecast which balances target delivery and trade stock healthiness.
? Business and competition analysis. Closely monitor business status for our brands and key competitors via
regular reporting, leverage insights or learnings from the analysis to define new growths opportunities.
