Purpose:
61 Lead Quality engineers to improve product manufacture process and provide technical support to control product quality meet customer requirement.

Your role:
61 Take part in process improvement activity to control Finished Goods internal rejects matching the annual target.
61 Perform marketing return analysis to reach the goal of major product field return down continually.
61 Lead Quality engineers to execute validation on time for new/repaired Mold or other new equipment and ensure the mold/equipment can be used in production with good quality.
61 Provide technical support and methods to assist assembly line control product quality meet customer requirement and reduce quality cost;
61 Sustain Process change (ECR/ECN) and ensure all related documents or samples are correct during the change.
61 Follow up new product and confirm all quality requirement were identified and met before mass production.
61 Lead and solve any quality issue that feedback from customer or internal, and verify the corrective and preventive actions must be effective.

61 Education: Bachelor or equivalent
61 Experience: 5 years work experience in quality or Engineering Field.
61 Competency and Skills:
61 Understand ISO13485/ FDA 21 CFR 820 QSR, MHLW, ANVISA GMP (Brazil) and can use different QC tools
61 Good Chinese and English Skill
61 Positive
