Monitor stock accuracy, ensure the target of safety stock and obsolescence budget. · Responsible for the run-in and run-out parts management in the engineering change logistics process for vehicle project from SOP until EOP, ensure the engineering change logistics process implementation. · Responsible for supplier management, including logistics failure problem solving process, supplier performance management, supplier escalations process. · Responsible for the problem solving of the system issue to ensure the system performance in the daily business. · Initiate and involve in the project management, process optimization, system development, training event, and other department staff. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automotive engineering, logistics, international business or related. · Project management certification would be an advantage. · 5-7 years Background in logistics, supply chain management should be an advantage. · 3-5 years’ experience with material planning, supply chain management, transport logistics · 3-5 years’ experience in material management · Sound knowledge of logistic processes in the automotive industry. Knowledge of supply planning processes including packing, transport, material flow especially for material supply and material management. · Fully understand BMW baselaunch process and engineering change process. · Skills with ERP system, SAP or BMW system experience would be an advantage. · Competency of project management, collaboration, and problem solving. · Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, and good communication skills. · Strong interpersonal skills, such as fast learning, initiative and open minded. · Proficient English both in oral and written, German would be an advantage.
