Be able to complete business data understanding and insight, data preprocess, feature engineering, algorithm design and implementation, model evaluation and optimization, model serving and so on. 2. Master popular machine learning algorithms and objective optimization algorithms and experienced in applying them to resolve various industrial problems. 3.
