413人关注Charging function is a key category in the NEV development, which is direct customer experience interface. That bring the necessary to hold the system view to managing the charging component function. The responsibility of Charging Component System Function manager should cover the completed lifecycle from the function concept requirement steering to the vehicle integration release, scope also including the necessary E/E subcomponents, to reach the goals of assigned property fulfillment.
Tasks:
- Lead Function Development team (Power Electronics, functional safety, E/E, EMC or thermal management) or related component development teams.
- Steer the local business to corresponding teams in Munich incl. technical changes and manage the project progress with CN supplier
- Define the function concept requirement and manage the requirement acceptance and confirmation process.
- Prepare relative documents and outputs, delivering on time for each milestone.
- Preparing and monitoring of timing plan and validation schedules. Interpretation and assessment of development progress and test results from suppliers. Assess and evaluate development steps, take corrective action if necessary. Support on tear down failure analysis from system validation, root cause finding and counter measure definition.
- Manage the function integration from subcomponent to vehicle level and coordinate process partners.
- Technical evaluation of the HW and SW design and other relative development content, steering the change management with suppliers and internal BMW.
- Lead the problem solving relative to the charging function and support failure analysis from pre/post process.
- Interpretation of functional safety requirement and steer the implementation.
- Lead the safety audit according to BMW and project requirement and reach the goal on time.
- Support on current or future innovation run successfully with supplier, timeline management, documentation and report.
Qualification:
- Master’s degree or above in automotive /electronic engineering /mechatronic /mechanical engineering or similar.
- Fluent English. Additional language skills in German would also be welcome.
- Profound knowledge in the relevant Electric Powertrain properties on various influencing parameters and their effects on Power Electric / Electronics, functional safety, EMC or thermal management.
- Project management experience in the hybrid/electrification environment (ideally with el. HV components, incl. E/E components).
- Rich knowledge in Functional safety process and implementation.
- Be familiar with safety relevant standards especially for the High voltage system, e.g. ISO26262, GB/T 34590, ISO6469, GB/T 38031 and so on and EMC standards, e.g. CISPR22, CISPR25, ISO7637 and so on.
- Process knowledge in component function development, simulation, calibration and/or testing, ideally for HV component development in electrical powertrain.
- Strategic and analytic thinking and acting.
- Be able to react fast due to situation/condition change on site. Be able to analyze and find solution independently.
- Assertiveness, initiative and motivation.
- High flexibility in a high dynamic environment.
- Intercultural experience, feeling and competence.
