In this role, you have the opportunity to
create, evangelize and execute the Philips platform strategy and roadmap in China. You are responsible for
Collect business requirements from Philips's businesses and Market team, Innovation Architecture team and analyze these requirements in the context of Philips strategy, market competition, and trends across segments/technologies
Co-define and drive the execution of the HealthSuite platform strategy and own the roadmap with respect to vision and business features (the “why” and “what”)
Lead the HealthSuite platform roadmap publishing and communication to (potential) adopters and stakeholders
Ensure roadmap runway meets the HSP Roadmap Key Performance Indicators - KPIs (portfolio approval and quarterly targets)
Define the value proposition, business case as well as the pricing, roll-out and deployment model for an individual and integrated HealthSuite products based on HealthSuite platform
Analyze and forecast adoption opportunities, including risks and financial models of HealthSuite products
Facilitate adopters to envision and scope a solution on the platform and ensure gaps are covered in the roadmap to come to an E2E integrated solution
Guide and support the platform R
