Conduct series development of Gen6 battery and cell projects towards SOP launch. Network and project window person with Munich.
Major responsibilities:
* Managing nominated Gen6 battery cell projects in China in conjunction with the BE-Team and Module-Lead in Munich and China.
* Monitoring and assessing projects time plan including cirtical development and industrialization milestones.
* Evaluating product maturity and development progress based on supplier validation results. Taking corrections and first-hand reporting if necessary.
* Performing failure analysis, root cause finding and counter measure definition supported by regular on-site visits.
* Support the BE-Team-Lead and Module-Lead on the supplier chain, engineering and industrialization evaluation for BMW future nomination project in China.
