Job Description Working together with the finance team, with the support of accountant / senior accountant, this position will be mainly responsible for finance and accounting relate works of entities of the Group Company. o Handling regular accounting and bookkeeping according to common agreed rules. o Processing regular payment and staff reimbursement. o Bank account setup, closing and management, cash flow management and reporting, wealth management to achieve target returns. o Complete monthly and annual closing and consolidated reporting timely. Communicate and answer questions from management and shareholders. o Contribute to the annual budgeting preparation process, monitor and report the status / execution of budgets. o Contribute to develop finance policy and procedures, monitor and execute the policy and procedures in regular finance / accounting operations. o Handling regular tax filing works and follow up with related local government departments to achieve tax incentives. o Lead and coordinate annual auditing among external party, management, and shareholders. o Supervise, manage, and develop a small team of accountants / senior accountants. o Complete other tasks from the management. Experience, Qualifications and Competencies o Bachelor and above degree, with 3 years of related experience. Big 4 experience is highly preferred. o Good knowledge and experience of corporate finance and accounting operations. o Strong communication skills, good network with related financial institutions. o Good teamwork spirit and skills, good working attitude toward various parties / players at work. o Strong learning skills, adaptive to various working situations. o Detail oriented and focus on deliverables, willing to work under pressure. o Proficient with both spoken and written skills in English and mandarin.
