JOB PURPOSE:Provide effective training plan for sales team and support sales team to achieve BU sales targetDesign solutions according to the needs of business departments, provide standard or customized training courses, actively follow up training and evaluate training resultsIn charge of Project to support needs for business transformation (applicable for Sr. Training Manager)SUPERVISED RESOURCES:NoneKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Support NHT(new hire training) work Cooperate with BU to complete NHT work, assist in revising and updating training courses, track and evaluate training resultsTrack the behavior change of trainees, evaluate the training effect and provide feedbackImplement the training plan (involve the standard course and the training program) in the regionalSupport BU related training programsSupport BU product strategy trainingSupport stand cours trainingSupport GTM series course trainingTracking training results (field coaching)Track the behavior change of trainees, evaluate the training effect and provide feedbackProvide relevant guidance for sales to improve their professional abilityAssessmentRegularly communicate with BU and update the online test question bankProvide assesment report and communicate with training team and BU in timeBased on the assessment report, provide suggestions, carry out and track the implementationDM capability assessmentBased on the assessment report, provide suggestions, carry out and track the implementationAnalyse BU training needs and design the relevant training program (applicable for Sr. Training Manager)Analyze and identify BU training needs and design training plans and contentsCustomize the training workshop to meet the regional specific needsTrack the behavior change of trainees, evaluate the training effect and provide feedbackDrive the GtM transformation, provide relevant training to improve field force capabilitiesAssessment (applicable for Sr. Training Manager)Quarterly online assessmentRegularly communicate with BU and update the online test question bankOrganize and arrange quarterly assessmentProvide assesment report and communicate with training team and BU in timeBased on the assessment report, provide suggestions, carry out and track the implementationDM capability assessment twice a yearUnderstand BU requirements and design the evaluation scheme according to requirementsUpdate the assessment standard after determining the evaluation schemeProvide evaluation report and communicate with training team and BU in timeBased on the assessment report, provide suggestions, carry out and track the implementationInternal support of the team (applicable for Sr. Training Manager)JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:Education:Bachelor degree aboveExperience
