job description
- conduct market activities, including cold-call, e-flyer distribution, website updating, etc. to promote project leasing.
- follow up leasing processes, including site visit, client presentation, communication and negotiation on leasing terms.
- prepare relevant leasing document including leasing proposal, letter of intent and tenancy agreement.
- coordinate and follow up the handover to clients, and other client service work.
- daily operation maintain, including meeting rooms booking, organizing activities, road show.
- maintain good relationship and communication with agents and tenants.
- prepare and maintain leasing related documents.
- complete other tasks from the management.
experience, qualifications and competencies
- college and above degree in business or related majors
- good knowledge of the market and good connections with agents and related parties.
- strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- active and outspoken character, energetic and result oriented.
- proficient skills with microsoft office and adequate command of both spoken and written in english.
