一、岗位要求
1.数据科学与数据库、人工智能、深度学习等相关领域的博士；
2.熟悉机器学习（例如，深度学习，神经网络算法等）模型，具备相关模型开发能力，有基因组学背景优先考虑；
3.曾在国际杂志以第一作者（含共同）发表文章，具有独立的思考和缜密的逻辑思维，敢于探索新方法和技术；
4.在本领域具有良好的学科背景、研究积累以及创新研究思路，有坚实的专业基础；
5.有志于长期从事科学研究，有责任心与团队合作精神；
6.较为良好的英语沟通和写作能力。
二、工作内容
利用机器学习算法开展基因组学数据挖掘工作，开发基因组分析算法。结合比较基因组及进化生物学，利用大模型及机器学习开展基因型与表型比较研究，有众多课题可供选择。课题将在浙江大学生命演化研究中心张国捷教授团队及阿里巴巴叶杰平团队共同指导下开展。两个团队已经组织开展了多项基因组学领域前沿研究，收集了海量的基因组及表型数据，在基因组学及人工智能领域强强联合，期待您的加盟。

responsibilities:
the position involves using machine learning algorithms to carry out genomic data mining and developing new genomic analysis algorithms. the candidate will integrate machine learning methods with large-scale genomic data to build the link between genotype and phenotype. there will be many research topics to choose from. the topic will be jointly guided by professor guojie zhang's team at the center for evolutionary & organismal biology at zhejiang university and dr. jieping ye's team at alibaba. these two teams have already carried out cutting-edge research in genomics, collected large amounts of data, and developed new models for genomic data mining. we look forward to your joining us.
